Comments: Elana, I saw you at the Santa Fe brewing company and the plaza in Santa Fe. I still can't stop smiling when I hear your music! Love your style, and my wife Mona does too. She now wishes she could have been there. When you get to Washington DC we'll be there to enjoy your music. Hope you manage to do a duet with Syd Masters as I thought your voices would be a perfect match. I'll check your site from time to time for all your updates. Some of us have been talking about maybe hiring on to a ranch in Texas so we could see more of you. Please come back to Northern CA as often as you can. Comments: We were at the American Music Festival At Fitzgerald's, too. It was so nice to see you playing in the Chicago area again. The only problem was that the one set schedule left me wanting so much more! Of course, I love to see you playing with Hot Club, since I've been a big fan for years. But I am very impressed with your solo album and your own compositions on the disc. You never cease to impress me. Looking forward to seeing you at the Old Town School in October. It's an interesting venue...acoustically wonderful, very attentive audience--but is generally a "you can hear a pin drop" quiet during the performances. Thanks again for all the joy your music (as well as Whit's and Jake's) has brought into my life. Almost without fail, your CDs bring a smile to my face--and that is quite a gift.

Comments: Jessica and I were returning to Austin from a bit of shopping this past Sunday afternoon and decided to finally stop into the River Bar & Grill we had passed too many times as we left Herbert's Taco Hut. As we walked up to the door, there were quite a few people gathering in the lawn in front of the pavilion where a young lady with a fiddle, a young guy with a bass, and a guy with a guitar were warming up for a concert. 2 1/2 hrs later we had been completely entertained and had thoroughly enjoyed the music of a trio we would never have heard but for this meeting by chance. Please do keep writing and playing and enjoying the opportunity to share your talent - all three of you. Can't wait to pick up your recordings!

Do you know why your parents named you Elana? My parents found my name in a story book about a Indian Princess. I would love to see you in concert someday. Are you ever coming to Jacksonville, FL? Comments: Elana, Beau & Whit, Can't say enough good things about the evening at the Wagon Shed in New Freedom. It was way hot and way intimate. I can't believe we chose to sit in the second row so we wouldn't be too close to the stage. We traveled nearly three hours to see you guys. Wagon Shed regulars that hadn't heard you previously thought we were a bit nuts until the show started. At the end of the evening, I asked the same folks if they would travel that far to see you again. It was a resounding YES. We have some new converts. The previous times that we saw you play, it was as an opening act and you only had about half an hour. What a pleasure it was to get to enjoy two full one hour sets and a double encore. The potluck dinner and meet & greet during the break was too fun. I had to call my folks in NC to let them know that we had just met all three of you and that you were incredibly approachable. They were so jealous. I am FedExing their autographed CD today. Anyway, that's enough babbling for now. Thanks to Art, Jeff & Amy for bringing you to their little neck of the woods. Thanks to all three of you for putting on a fantastic show. Can't wait until your travels again bring you & Eva to somewhere in the Mid Atlantic region. We will find you.
