Comments: Howdy from Canada! When your out wrangling do you take your fiddle and play some tunes? I would love to sit around a campfire after a days ride listening to your talent. Of course your sultry voice would be wonderful to experience live and raw without electronic amplification. Your a lucky gal to have all your talents.
Comments: I live in northern Wisconsin but missed your Wisconsin events. Hope you come back soon. I'm watching your performances on You Tube and am absolutely amazed by your talent. My favorite is Someone to Watch Over Me. I lost my wife last October and this song really gets to me. I listen to it at least one a day. I think it's helping. You are a treasure.
Comments: Do you know if Jake will be playing with you at the Continental Club on Wednesday March 25th? Thanks.
Comments: Hi Guys We really love your music. When are you coming back to the Stables in the UK,we really miss you?
Comments: Can I also comment that Jake's is a much more relevant Django style haircut, which I believe would also suit Whit and his guitar style very well.
Comments: From the photos, it looks like your best ever bass player Jake is back with the band. Is it true, or too much to hope for?
Comments: Loved meeting you and hearing you perform and speak at First Light book store in Austin a few days ago!
Comments: My grandmother and I watched you on Ray’s Roadhouse tonight, and wow! You are nothing short of phenomenal! Please continue gracing us with your music!
Comments: just passing through. Sing me back home was amazing. You seem to have a gift.
Comments: Hello! I found your work through Hot Club of Cowtown and fell in love with yalls music. I especially love your original music! Anyways keep up the good work hopefully ill get to see yall live one day!
Comments: Eliana I saw you on Rays Roadhouse. Wow I was impressed. You have a new fan. Will you be playing any shows in Michigan
Comments: When are you coming to the UK? Surely you are due here this year? I keep looking on your website but no indication of an upcoming tour. It is something our friends and we focus on every other year as a highlight, we travel to wherever you are and make a couple of days of it. Look forward to the next time.
Comments: I loved seeing you guys once more at the MIM and I made Whit laugh by telling him that his playing sounded to me like a cross between Tuck Andress and Albert Lee. One of the reasons Albert Lee came up was, watching you, and particularly Whit, I felt you guys could do an absolutely killer version of Albert's "Country Boy". Maybe think about it? I hope it won't be another year before we see you back in Phoenix! All the best, John
Comments: saw you in kansas love your band https://bradsgardeningtips.net
Comments: Dear Elana, What a fantastic time we had in Monarch!! You shine, share and completely inspire through and through. I've been deeply gifted by spending some time with you and the lessons will continue to enrich my life in many ways. I hope your continued music path brings you the greatest joy and abundant rewards. ♥ Brenda
Comments: You are my new favorite band! I saw your band perform in Colby, Kansas at the 28th annual Pickin’ on the Plains in May/June and I think you’re all the most talented musicians I’ve ever heard. You have excellent stage performance as well. I love all the music and variety of music you play. I bought 2 of your cd’s and love them both! Thank you Whit and Elana for taking time to help me pick out the cd’s. I’ve been telling everyone I know about your beautiful music. I live in Colorado and I wondered if you would ever come to Colorado to perform. I would be there if you were here. If you play again in Colby, Kansas I will be there! Thank you Whit, Elana, and Jake for your beautiful music! Pat
Comments: I saw you guys in Asheville years ago, and y'all were great! The Grey Eagle is still open, so why not come again in the fall? Or, maybe you could swing by on another trip?
Comments: Hello! I just got home here in Kalispell April 21. I enjoyed both halfs, the first with just the 3 of you and the second with Tyler Hinton. Last night Mark O'Conner played with our local symphony. Of the two shows, I actually preferred yours. You all seemed happy and joyful and even though our crowd was embarrassingly small, you fit our style! And isn't that what music is supposed to be about? I hope the powers that be have you come back. If they do, dinner at my house! Brent
Comments: I saw you for the first time at The Stoughton Opera House on 4/11. How lucky we are you came to Wisconsin! There were so many wondrous moments throughout the night. You gave us everything you got including your hearts and souls, and we gave ours right back to you. I'll always hang onto the feeling I got when Whit sang" I'll Be a Cowboy All My Life". It was real beyond belief.
Comments: Dear Elana James and the Hot Club of Cowtown, I love your renditions of "Goodbye Liza Jane" and "Little Liza Jane." I thought you might be interested in knowing that a nonfiction book about the "Liza Jane" family of songs was published a couple months ago by University Press of Mississippi. The book narrates a really remarkable history. Details can be found at the University Press of Mississippi website if you're interested: https://www.upress.state.ms.us/Books/P/Poor-Gal Warmly yours, Ledina Eventov
Comments: Have you guys ever thought about playing at Summerfest in Milwaukee? I'm sure you would certainly be welcome! |
